VINTAGE INTERiOR DESiGN?
What websites can i go to, to get information on how to achieve the vintage home look.(Interior). I need information about the color, window tratments, the typoe of flooring, accesories, EVERYTHING!! the person with the best answere will get the 10 pts. PLEASE i really need to know for a paper.
This is a difficult to answer question. What you really need is an interior design book. I own a book called "History of Interior Design and Furniture" by Robbie G. Blakemore. It covers from about 3200 bc to 1901. It's extremely detailed!
If you are looking for "retro" information.... I also own another book called "Designing Interiors" by Kilmer and Kilmer. It covers from about 1400 to recent times. Less detailed than the other book, but goes further in time. Also, "Interior Design" by John F. Pile, same idea as the previous book.
Start by looking at Lisa's Nostalgia Cafe website for retro information. It only covers the 20th century.

Otherwise, see if your library has any of those books, or other Interior Design books. Look specifically for college/university level books (as that's what the books I mentioned are).
