Why public water distribution authorities lays their pipe line underground.why can't they place it on the top.?
Once they lay the pipe lines, cracks develop in due course of time.To repair it every time they have to dig the soil.A lot of manhours is lost in this way simply digging the soil,repairing and laying it underground.From my point of view it would be fine if they place it on the top of the ground rather than placing it underground.What is your view in this regard.(Here we are talking about concreate pipe lines which develops cracks & not iron pipe lines.)
Would it be an acceptable sight to see huge hanging pipes along the streets and road with lots of auxiliary dangling pipes coming down here and there?
