Do u think LIQUITEX acrylic paint works?
when it comes to art, i'm not a beginner. and i'm not a professional either.
but it is my first time painting with acrylics.
i wanna paint a portrait, but i don't know if i should use Liquitex. since Liquitex is only for beginners, i'm not sure if u can paint a portrait with them.
i was thinking of buying Winsor and Newton instead, but then again, i've never painted before. would Winsor and Newton be a hard brand to use?? can u blend good with Liquitex?
Liquitex is no better than any other acrylic - just some acrylics have more pigment, but liquitex is average - but much more expensive! Just get a cheaper brand, you will be fine! Acrylic is acrylic - it dries fast so blending will always be an issue if you don't work somewhat fast. At least that is in my experience...
