Great, another bout of writer's block... Help?
Would anyone be so kind as to throw out an interesting concept, word, phrase, or one liner on the following subject?
"Assassin seeking revenge."
Cliche, I know, but I need to get the creative juices a-flowin'. D: I already have a reason as to why she wants revenge and her past is sketched out, but I cant think of an opener, or whether to place it in the past or present.

You have to dig through a lot of your brain's dirt just to find some gems. I personally write a lot of what I call "trash stories" before finally coming up with something good.
You could always have three bags. One bag you have people. The other bag you have places, and in the third bag you have things. You pull out one piece of paper from each bag and then you have to somehow incorporate all those in the story.
Like you could have a dentist, carnival and hammer.
